Automatic Contract Dispatch

After a successful conclusion of negotiations between parties, automatic contract dispatch makes the negotiated contact available to all negotiating parties digitally, in the form of a contractual document (among others), and initiates the signing process. In many countries, such as Germany, contracts do not become legally valid until they are signed by both parties. To reduce the manual effort required to send contract documents, gicom features automated dispatch of the negotiated contract content after systematic input and internal release. This can be done via email or through a freely definable e-signature provider. The correct recipient is also determined completely automatically during the dispatch process.
